Stéphane Cornic has been a beekeeper for over 10 years in Ergué-Gabéric in South Finistère. This passion for the job was passed on to him by his grandfather, also a beekeeper. Stéphane is above all a fervent defender of nature and likes to live in harmony with it. He remembers the customs of his ancestors: "When you cut down a tree, you plant another one for future generations. It is in the same spirit that he proudly produces his local honeys, which are the reflection of a subtle and fragile marriage between man, nature and bees, and this over the seasons. Each honey is a concentrate of flavours, with a unique taste of the Breton floral heritage that will delight the taste buds of young and old.
