Their project matured during the summer of 2015, the first mares arrived in May 2016, they completed a 9-month agricultural training course together in 2016/2017, and are officially installed since 01/01/2018. They are located at Penity (29510 BRIEC), 5 minutes from Gourvily Quimper. Small family farm on which the grandparents and then the parents of Olivier produced cow's milk until 31/12/17.
