It's really a family business with Marc (the father), Véronique (the mother), Céline and Cédric (the children). And yes! everything is prepared by hand! they use little or no salt, no colouring, no preservatives, and no flavour enhancers,
They favour short circuits for their supplies, but also for sales,
they offer traditional Breton recipes, while innovating and offering new recipes, such as #gluten-free
they produce "the old fashioned way", in a traditional way,
they have values and they stick to them,
... and the proof is that they give public tours of the cannery all year round!
