Chikolodenn

La Chikolodenn is a traditional cannery of Breton gastronomy recipes named after the headdress of St-Pol de Léon in North Finistère. In 2004, Frédéric Aubin decided to can his flagship products for the benefit of as many people as possible. The cannery was initially a small business that grew over the years and the success of its products.
La Chikolodenn's recipes are made with local products and are largely inspired by Breton cuisine. Kig Ha Farz, cooked dishes, rillettes from the sea, seaweed tartar and vegetable spreads... it is in the heart of Brittany that each recipe draws its ingredients. Since its creation, the cannery has remained a small family business with a handful of employees. Building on its success, it offers new creations in its different ranges of preserves every year.
