Since taking over the biscuit factory in January 2022, La Biscuiterie has been innovating in order to develop, and to allow their specialities to be recognised. Since 1974, the Philippe house has been committed to respecting the family know-how and the demands of gourmets, in Quimper and throughout the world, and this has not changed. Indeed, the recipes have remained intact, as has the quality of the products.
