To prepare a seaweed tartar, you need a base:
A hint of acidity: lime or lemon, or vinegar. Whichever you prefer.
A fat: rapeseed oil, olive oil, hemp oil.... As you wish
A binder: oilseed puree or vegetable milk
and... water to rehydrate if you use glitter like Kevin
Then let your imagination run wild by adding spices or other elements such as ginger, turmeric, carrots, candied lemon.....
