Tomme du Nevet is a whole raw cow's milk cheese made by Sophie and Nicolas Puech in Plogonnec. Its cream-coloured rind thickens over time and becomes slightly greyish.
On the nose, the rind of the tomme offers a scent of cellar mushrooms, while on the palate it is a soft and melting cheese with discreet notes of hazelnut.
The milk used comes from Montbéliard cows.
