KOFE White lupin

7,10

The inspiration for this recipe for Kofé Lupin Blanc came from across the Rhine, from a drink favoured by Germans who want to drink locally and organically. Here's the version that comes from a local Breton farm.

The "coffee" of white lupin (its flower) known as sweet lupine, offers an alternative "bittersweet.

The first notes are of legumes in all their roundness and strength, followed by a long, chocolaty, hazelnut flavour.

Delicious and surprising, this drink will do you good.... With no caffeine or acidity and known for its digestive properties, white lupin is an important source of protein (38%) and minerals.
